Spenco Heel Cushion

Spenco RX Heel Cushions provide relief from sore heels, reduce heel strike, and offer a 1 4" heel lift. The tapered edge fits comfortably into most dress, casual, and athletic shoes. Spencore material provides an cushioning layer that absorbs shock and impact to provide maximum comfort during wear.  Simply place in your shoes with the green side up and trim with scissors as needed for the best fit. Hand wash and air dry as needed.
