"Like many of you, running is a source of great joy in my life. It's built a love for fitness, connected me to wonderful people and led me to amazing places. But it's not without its challenges. The vast majority of us get hurt at some point — and for too many, that turns into a cycle of going from one injury to the next, gradually losing trust and confidence in our bodies.
Through Resilient Strides, my mission is to help injured runners break that cycle for good and regain trust in their bodies to push again.
Every month, I'll be sharing perspectives on all things injury and training. Real steps to train smarter, regardless of your level or experience. Different formats, same goal: keep you running."
